Founder Purpose & Social Entrepreneurship
Purpose, ethics, founder responsibility and the challenge you want to address.
Founder purpose + venture concept
Choose learning by outcome, then see the evidence, format and next step before enrolling.
Ubunifu learning is designed around participation and application rather than passive content consumption.

The sequence can respond to the founder’s needs, but required outcomes remain controlled. Later evidence can legitimately change earlier assumptions; The private programme record keeps the versions and reviews.
Purpose, ethics, founder responsibility and the challenge you want to address.
Problem definition, affected people, stakeholders, field evidence and assumptions.
Ideas, experiments, prototypes, responsible innovation and learning from failure.
Customer discovery, alternatives, market sizing, competition, channels and early demand evidence.
Value proposition, activities, resources, partners, operating model and delivery choices.
Pricing, costs, cash flow, unit economics, working capital, startup capital and financial discipline.
Theory of Change, indicators, safeguards, sustainability, responsible practices and evidence quality.
Team, governance, compliance, IP, technology, formation readiness, fundraising and first 90 days.
The normal public pathway uses the applicable Foundation fee. Learners referred through an approved organisation can instead use Partner Access. Staff, mentors, trainers and approved volunteers may receive separate familiarisation access.
Programme staff can choose the most useful topic for the current week. Sessions can combine Google Meet/Calendar collaboration, discussion, practical work, marks where appropriate and venture-linked follow-up actions.
Approved practitioners and organisations can teach mission-aligned courses with weekly or per-topic live online lessons, quality review and transparent creator agreements.
Explore creator courses →Explore how Foundation learning can connect to enterprise development, place and the wider Ubunifu ecosystem.
A circular-products venture developing reusable market kits and testing responsible production, customer demand and market access in Nairobi.
A coastal supply enterprise developing locally sourced hospitality products and testing procurement, service quality and market readiness in Kilifi.
A regenerative-food enterprise developing traceable produce offers and testing buyer readiness, evidence and responsible market access in Taita Taveta.
A digital-skills enterprise developing accessible learning products and testing institutional partnerships, evidence and market access in Mombasa.
Creator Courses can serve a wider learning community. The Foundation Course is the governed learner stage before Bootcamp admission. Purchasing or accessing learning content never creates Social Entrepreneur status.
Choose the next learning step from your goal, evidence and readiness—not from a long programme menu.
